Excelent room near Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. Nice staff. They helped us with the storage of our luggage after check out. I recommend it 👍

The rooms are located in a perfect spot, close to the Ottaviano metro station (a few stations away from the centre of Rome) and close to Vatican! Mario was always available for whatever that we may need and he gave us some useful advice about restaurants!

Location was ideal and very close to Vatican City and main Rome attractions. Neighbourhood was safe and quiet. Room was spacious, very clean and the bed was really comfortable.

The room was perfect and positioned just a short walk from the Vatican museums and St Peter’s. It was welcoming and well equipped . The area around has a good range of restaurants and shops .

Mario was a really excellent host . He was very warm and welcoming. Instructions were clear regarding how to access the property and the list of recommendations regarding good restaurants was much appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean , with tea / coffee making facilities , a fridge and a super shower . The location was excellent, within a few minutes walk from the Vatican and was within walking distance of the city centre .

Staff was kind and very nice! That was really good and Netflix service make me surprised and satisfied! I could watch movie before go to bed, that was bonus for me. Price also not expensive, location is good, room was clean. I really enjoy it :)

Wonderful location close to Vatican City and Metro on quiet street with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Room was renovated and upscale. Very comfortable stay.
