Everything. From the moment we arrived at reception, really nice staff and it just got better from there. They gave us an upgrade and it was a phenomenal experience. Crazy deluxe suite, absolutely wonderful. Only got to the rooftop bar before we left for the airport and just awesome. They gave us a table with an incredible view for the 30 short mins we could stay. Breakfast was top notch. The place is a palace and I’ll definitely be back, next time for the deluxe suite!

The location is at the lively Piazza Navona so near plenty of restaurants and most of the attractions are walkable. The hotel faces away on a parallel quiet street. Some of the rooms at the rear have windows overlooking the Piazza. The roof top bar is beautiful and enhanced our stay, Great 360 views of the city as youd expect. Breakfast was decent and plentiful and the staff were very helpful.

Great location, clean with friendly and very helpful staff. Good breakfast with great views overlooking Piazza Navona. Nice room with comfortable bed and modern bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel for a city break in Rome.

Location was fantastic Staff was extremely helpful, from front desk to luggage help to service in the breakfast area Suites are each unique, with bedroom and comfortable sitting room (some with convertible sofa beds so 3 could share the suite easily e.g., one couple/one single; parents, child) Wonderful rooftop bar -- small seating sections and an amazing view of the city at sunset Traditional Italian breakfast buffet with tasty and plentiful pastries and cakes, along with a hot section with scrambled eggs and meat choices. Good selection of teas.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is also wonderful - I would like to send special thanks to Dragos, who has been especially kind and helpfull during our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, but confortable and clean, and the bathroom is nice and big enough.

Everything was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel welcome from the start. They helped with reservations and local knowledge. The breakfast had a great selection and everything was fresh and to a high standard.
