It’s really close to the station - the place was really well laid out and the host was really clear in instructions on what needed to be done in order to get inside the hotel. The place was great, had all the stuff that I needed and was clean! Thank you

The accommodation has a perfect location - it is very near to Cipro metro station, there is a lovely coffee shop just around the corner (Bar Lupa) as well as a great small store to buy high quality typical Italian food and wine and a Penny market to buy basic stuff for the stay. Vatican is very close too, just around 10 minutes walk. The host, Claudia, was very kind, dedicated and helpful. I hope to come back sometimes again!

The room is very clean and well furnished. The balcony is pretty. The host provides coffee, tea, snacks, and fresh tap water. Check-in/check-out are automatic, and communication with the host is effective.

Very clean and cosy place. I didn't expect to find common room with fridge, coffee machine, free juices, milk, coffee, sweets and snacks. It exceeded my expectations. Friendly host helped and explained everything we needed.

Clean, Spacious, nice small balcony for a coffee in the morning, great air conditioning, Nice communal which had all kitchen accessories that you would need. Room looked modern and new. Safe in the room to lock away valuables. Claudia the host went above and beyond to make our stay great!

one of the best places I've been to, and what sets it apart from others is its authenticity. You can see that the owner didn't try to go cheap just to make money. Here you can feel that for the owner you are a guest and not only a customer. It's clean, spacious and beautiful.

First, location of the property! 1 minute from metro, safe neighbourhood, grocery’s shop 2 minutes. ❤️ The cleanliness! The room was crazy clean. We left a mess after the 1st night and we were surprised, that there was a cleaning. We had a balcony 🫶🏼 very good. Easy to cook, maybe one sharp knife would be good, but lunch ones were ok too. They prepared fresh water for us. Each room has a box in the fridge, such a great idea! Easy to enter the property. We loved every minute there! Thank you so much!
