As a first time traveller, this was the best experience and just wanted to thank Glen , who went over and above what I was expecting.. he spoke English and gave clear Instructions on how to catch a bus, from Roma Termini to the location of the apartment.

The place was clean but we got the toilet door stuck, we couldn't go to the toilet and we waited until the next day cause' nobody was replying to us the whole night. However the guy came the next day and fixed it but we weren't able to use the toilet the whole night....... There isn't any room service and you have to ask them for coffee, otherwise they won't put more..... . I think it is pretty overpriced for what you get. Although the people are very nice.

The housekeeper is very polite and friendly , the introduction is clear and responsible. The air conditioner works very well. It’s quiet also. Recommend❤️❤️❤️
