Everything was perfect! We've done a contactless check in but the communication with the owners was perfectly fine. They responded immediately and answered all of our questions and requests. The apartment was really spacious. There was plenty of space and it was exactly like the photos. Located in one of the most popular places of Rome, just 3 minutes from Spagna and very close to other important attractions. We definitely gonna choose it again to our next trip!!

The apartment is located at the luxury shopping street & famous Spagna Stairs…..Very near to Metro station & various restaurant…..The house is very spacious, clean & tidy….. Owner very nice & friendly…. they allowed us for early check in and approach us for baggage storage too… checking process also very easy…

Very nice host (always available and very nice). The location was very good (central, near piazza del spagna), you can reach everything by foot in max 30 minutes. Free coffee, filtered water and cookies available. Rooms were clean and nice.

Right in the middle of Rome near Spanish steps. Very comfy room, plenty of shared areas including tea room and reading room.

Great location - felt safe, lovely area, lots of nice restaurants nearby, little shop for bits and pieces on the next street. Hosts were lovely and very helpful. 3 bedroom apartment was extremely spacious and for our party, it was much cheaper than three rooms in a nice hotel. The little lift is a bit scary but great when your apartment is on the fourth floor! Air con was very good too. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed there twice. The location is phenomenal. The room was clean on our first visit. The room was dirty on our second visit. I'd rate the first time 10/10. I'd rate the second time as 5/10.

Great location, Spanish Steps just around the corner. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, we went to Toto, highly recommend it. Has an elevator, perfect after a long day of walking.

Location was perfect right in the heart of via condotti shopping district and walkable to all the major monuments. The Apartment was quite large and very comfortable for 7 people and clean. The Owners were very welcoming and responsive to our questions and asks and provided some great suggestions for restaurants and must see sites.
