Good mattress, towels and clean room. Shared bathroom: shower in bath, which was not so clean. Quiet spot, apart from the noise of a group of girls singing till early hours below. It felt like being in a youthhostel, but at least with private room. Second night very quiet. Location close to Roma Termini very handy. Also walking distance to Colosseum. We were sent a handy map with recommended points of interest , restaurants including Regoli Pasticcheria where they have expresso with delicious creambun, best breakfast when in Rome. Payment confusion was a hassle. But for the prices in Rome, it was a reasonable stay.

We stayed in an apartment only for one night while coming very late - close to midnight. We really appreciated self check-in (without any extra fee) and easy access to the apartment with detailed instructions. The apartment provides shared kitchen while the toilet is also shared. The room provides a private shower only. However the room was clean and equipped with an air condition. The host was very friendly and helpful, provided us a great map with a lots of points of interest and recommendations in Rome. He even let us to keep the bags in shared kitchen on a day of check-out.

Great location and great staff. The room was big, huge bed and air conditioner included. The bathroom was also big and everything was very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The place is actually a room inside an apartment so you could also use the kitchen. I totally recommend to stay here.
