To start with, Antonio was incredibly welcoming and did his best to ensure I had a great experience, even preparing my room as early as possible. After check-out, he kindly allowed me to leave my luggage at the property until my train departure. As for the room itself, everything was excellent—spotlessly clean, with a super comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and even a tea/water boiler available. The location was also fantastic, with the subway, bus stop, and train station all within walking distance. The free coffee from the machine that grind fresh beans was the cherry on top of an already amazing stay. Thank you, Antonio!

Unexpected were the extras: nice kitchen with cappuccino maker, stove, utensils, and, etc; shower with rain shower head; handheld bidet; blackout sash. AND, there was a washing machine! (Dry clothes by hanging them on the roof) Neighborhood looks a little dicey at first, but it’s an actual Italian neighborhood (vice tourist hotspot) and there is a lot to explore. 7minutes walk to metro station (15 minute walk to Roma Termini station). 25 minutes walk to the Colosseum. 35 minutes to Vatican City via walk and train.

If you're looking for home away from home, this is it. because it a cozy little place which is conveniently located 15 mins away from Termini station and 5 mins away from the Metro. You can cook, wash your clothes without the hassle of looking for a laundromat, - even though one is conveniently located 2 doors away-. The staff are very helpful whenever contacted and will advise the best routes and means of transport to take to going to places. The attractions are at a walking distance away. It's perfect.

Small apart hotel not so far from main train station. Nice and welcoming owner. Clean and comfortable room. Free coffee from a coffee machine.

Antonio was super friendly and helpful! The check-in and check-out processes were so easy and quick. He made sure we felt comfortable and happy with our room. The kitchen is equipped with the best Italian ingredients and Antonio provided a quick intro to Italian chocolate, coffee and pasta. We never tried Baci before and thanks to him, we bought tonnes of it back to London! Antonio also went above and beyond to ensure our trip to Rome was an enjoyable one. He provided us with a list of food recommendations which we truly appreciate. The location is fantastic! Convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and metro stations are in close proximity to the accommodation. It is also within walking distance of the Colosseum and other tourist locations.

The apartment was cleaned and was in a good area near the metro. I should also mention that I was allowed into the apartment with a code so I didn't have to wait for someone to open the door.
