The only dislike was the one flight of stairs to the lift. Good idea to highlight this so that expectations are managed and potential guests can make an informed decision. Or proactively offer to assist guests to the lift with their luggage. Also, useful to warn potential guests about the vintage lift as some people may have a phobia about seeing floors disappear and the lift shaft passing.

Beautiful location, so easy to walk to attractions. Room was warm, clean and secure. Only problem we had was the shower ran cold every time we used it. Only about 3 minutes of hot water!

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely perfect. It’s ideally located in the heart of Rome, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The Pantheon is just 6 minutes away, the Roman Forum is 11 minutes, and the Colosseum is a short 20-minute walk. The Vatican is about 40 minutes, though we took our time and stopped for coffee along the way. There are plenty of restaurants just a few minutes away, and an ATM is only a minute’s walk. Our host was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready with helpful answers to our questions. She provided us with numerous recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. We also left our luggage with the host in the morning and managed to freely explore the city. The room itself was perfect for our needs. It was clean, with a comfortable bed, a spotless bathroom, and thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and water. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

This was a very tasty renovated apartment to suit for hotel type rooms. The overall, quite pleasant and the room, mattress and everything was good in the room

June was lovely and was helpful and knowledgeable about where to go and what to do. Rooms were spacious. Perfect for a family of four. Excellent location!
