Clean, tidy twin room. Sound proof, working lift, good Wifi signal, good heating in the room. Photos on booking are similar to reality. The best part is the "bidet" in the bathroom (Would give 10 rating for this) as it ensures optimum self cleaning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, as early as we booked we had a good & rapid communication with them & they responded well to our special request. They supplied us with necessities on a daily basis, including coffee & tea refill which we enjoyed having in our room, as it had a kettle. There was even fresh daily baked delicious biscuits in the reception. Great location, only 3 min walk to a bus stop which takes you everywhere in Rome. The area has mini markets around and many restaurants & other shops.

Well situated within walking distance of bus, metro and several important places. Liked the Villa Borghese park 5 minutes away. Liked the breakfast caffe. Liked the options for eating nearby.

The location was convenient, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room for a family of 4 was comfortable and spacious. Great eateries nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

I'd like to commend the staff for doing a great job in maintaining the facility. The shower was new and easy to manipulate. Ample supply of towels, soap, body cream, shampoo, and other toiletries was a plus. I did enjoy having hot water to drink. The presence of tea, coffee, cream, and a percolator is a real treat in the morning. I like the setting of a little balcony where one can have a time of reflection of oneself. I also like the comfort of the bed and the firm pillows that hold my neck and head together.
