Breakfast was nice and adequate. Location is great, a 6 minute walk to Rome Termini station and 8 min walk to one of the main Basilica's (San Maria Maggiore).

This was a great room for our family of four - two adults and 2 children (8yo and 11yo) - because there were bunk beds for the children (one bed each) and a large double bed for the adults. The bathroom is small, but modern. The room was serviced every day, with beds being made for us and fresh towels as required.

Amazing property located nearby the metro, you will get around and find everything you want. the room was clean and warm particularly in the winter it was great to be there. The breakfast was surprisingly amazing and and the staff was always ready to help you.

Friendly hosts, hearty breakfast, everyday cleaning, frequent change of bed linen and towels. The room was nice. The location is close to Termini railway station and not far from the most famous attractions

The location of hotel was good, 6-7 min far from Termini station and the other bus stops were close too. The room was clean, they changed the towels everyday. Airconditioning was working but it take long time to get cold in room.

Nice appartment, close to the subway station and in the pretty neighborhood of Rome. One can order a tasty breakfast for just 5 EUR.
