Very clean room and comfy firm foam bed and pillows. Good location and many breakfast restaurants in the area. You could sleep with the balcony doors open and the shutters shut. I airco needed. Quiet on the backside of the building.

Everything was great ! The only thing was the pillows were not quite comfortable, we took them out of the pillowcase and it was great !

We really like this place. Location was awesome. Not so crowded area, close to Colosseum, metro station and few bus stations. Very good supermarket just nearby. And what I personally like is their old and fancy elevator. Staff was nice and polite. So everything was good.

It was a perfect stay at the middle of the historical city of Rome located within 1 km from Colosseum and just over a km from Roma Termini station. Very clean and comfortable room with a balcony and plenty of air and lights. The AC really can cool down the room unlike most of the hotels of Italy. Both room and toilet looked very well maintained. Bonus point was the nice and helpful behavior of the host. She went beyond our expectations with her helpfulness. Highly recommended.
