Fabrizio was so friendly and accommodating. He allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in, which was a tremendous help. The studio is small, but it is very clean, well laid out and had all the facilities, linen and towels we needed. The little balcony is lovely. We appreciated the little extras such as coffee, sugar, milk, mini bathroom supplies and toilet paper. It is exactly as advertised.

Fantastic location ,only 15 min walk to Colosseum .Close to Termini station. All monument is in the walking distance.Many little corner shops around and little cute restaurant's if you wanna spend evening with glass of vine. Host very helpful .Replayed instantly.

Wonderful and the owner was wonderful and always responded to messages. The only down side was the shower head holder which didn't make showering easy. Also the advert said that the property had a safe box, however this wasn't in the studio apartment. I would definitely recommend, the location is amazing 🤩

Fabrizio was a great host even although we didn't meet him at all check in was smooth. Location was perfect great area. We walked everywhere no taxis required
