Great location, easy access to all of the major attractions. Easy check in and out and a great communication with the host. Super clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, and a communal kitchen in case you need it.

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at the Colosseo house. The property was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The location was amazing being walking distance from the colosseum and many bars, cafes and restaurants. The owner was incredibly helpful and really did all he could for us during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! They were so accommodating. Everything was perfect and we loved that you could poke your head out the window and see the colosseum. Bed was a little bit firm for our liking, but still had a good night's sleep. We also really appreciated the amount of towels they provided, rarely do you get two big towels, two small towels and two face towels ... A small detail which may seems silly but actually makes a difference! Would 100% recommend and stay here again.

We stayed in room 4 - it was cosy and spacious. The bed was firm and the bedsheets were velvety soft! We slept so well. The decoration and interior design was tasteful and aesthetically pleasing. There is a common kitchen that we can use and leave our luggage in (after check out). Was an amazing stay! Note - it’s near the road so you do occasionally hear cars wheezing by and noises at night but we weren’t too affected by them and slept very well nonetheless

Great location, close to Colloseum and Termini train station. Building has good security with motion sensors for lighting in passage and room key for access/ electricity, and a lift! Good quality bedding and towels and great shower.Host was very helpful with transport and restaurant information.

Spotless accommodation, good location, very clear instructions with video clips on how to check in. Always available for contact and for suggestions on transportation in the area or anything else. Short 10 min walk from the Metro and Colosseum, which you can see out your window from the property. The communal kitchen was handy to have, with fresh fruit available. Went over and beyond my expectations for our stay. Would definitely come back again.

The building is located within an easy, fairly flat walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. It also has a Carrefour Express right next door and a juice bar at the end of the block. Very close to many good restaurants too. Room was immaculate, clean and comfortable, Andrea the host was very welcoming and communicated well. There was even free snacks and drinks in the room fridge. Fantastic experience and hope to return soon.
