The location is great and suitable for shopping. It is surrounded by residential builfings，so that it is very safe. The colleages are also very well. One of them help us to book taxi. Besides，the room is also very tidy.

Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, very close to Vatican City, multiple shops, restaurants and public transport links, but just off the street enough to not be disturbed by the normal busy city noises.

I loved the location, the staff was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and I liked being able to connect my phone to the tv to watch movies. I would definitely come back.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Vatican. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, including several highly-rated places. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
