Everything, the location, the room although small was lovely, the staff would worked there couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful , the breakfast was spot on too.

- They were very receptive! Last minute we told them we were intolerant to gluten and they promptly found a solution, providing food that fit our needs. They even ask them later if they food was good enough, always caring that we were having a great experience. - Since day one the room was always super clean and organized.

Everything was excellent, it was a last minute booking but the host was very attentive, informative and kind. It's a walking distance to most of the tourist attractions also there are busses that run frequently. I didn't have time to have breakfast and the host was so kind to pack sandwiches and water for me. Wish I was staying longer but definitely will visit again. Everything was very clean, just as it looks in photos, host is extremely communicative and sweet. Highly recommend 👍

I could say lots about this beautiful gem Location ideal - walking distance from vatican Rooms beautiful, comfortable, impeccably clean with such a relaxing feeling Breakfast yummy and nothing too much for staff Staff cannot do enough for their guests, polite, friendly, helpful knowledgeable about anything you asked about getting around Rome. Happy to help book excursions This is our 2nd time here and has now become our Rome home ❤️ Tomasso, Massimo, Rosanna and team thanks so much for making our stay super. See you again soon xx 😘

We loved our stay here! The staff were amazing, very friendly and they helped us book Vatican museum tickets. The room was clean & the bed was really comfortable. Great location, easy to get the bus. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

A very pleasant stay in Rome. Tomaso and his staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The continental breakfast was very tasty especially the fresh croissants and Blood red orange drink. Thank you

Very clean Easy to find Easy access Exceptional service - they are very friendly and extremely helpful Excellent breakfast They even bought a bottle of wine and a rose for my partners birthday which was very much appreciated
