The place was super clean, with a nice fresh Italian breakfast and delicious homemade cake. Super friendly staff. I missed the cutlery in the room (spoon to mix sugar in my tea) but that wasn't a big problem. If you don't like someone touching your bed and towels (used just once) better tell it as they come and make it look nice every day. I couldn't sleep well in the morning (7am) as the noise from the building came with a loud echo (troley and talking)into the room and talking and building works from the outside too, it's better to have earplugs if you are not used to the noise I leave in the village where is absolutely dark and quiet at night ;) Beautiful area. 30-40min walk (along the Aurelian Walls) from the train station Ostiense, 33 minutes to Termini train station. Shops with cheaper souvenirs, and a nice shop "Penny" close by. I walked 30 km in Rome and am glad that I stayed at this place as I would probably have missed this beautiful part of Rome. I would book it again when back to Rome. Thank you.

I absolutely loved everything here. The house is in a quiet, clean and safe neighborhood, with several bus stops nearby, with direct busses to the main attractions (Colosseum, Roman Forum etc). You can find a couple of supermarkets at a 3-4 minutes walking distance. All the spaces in the house were spotlessly clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every morning and the bedding and towels were changed every day as well. A gem!

It was great ! The stuff was very polite and eager to help us. The room was super clean. It is close to the center of Rome and has a lot of bus stops in walking distance. Overall a great experience and a good value for money. I would definitely recommend it!
