The location is excellent, close to the station and many attractions. Communication was always prompt and efficient, which we greatly appreciated.

The apartment building is easy to find (despite other reviews) and there is a lift. It’s in a great location just off a main road so well connected to buses and metro. It’s clean, warm and just like the pictures. Very good value for money if you need a decent, safe place to stay and the manager is very kind. I would book again if I visit Rome.

The room was very central, renovated, modern, within walkable distance to the main sightseeings and in a very nice old building. Nice, comfortable bed.

Clean and tidy room with private bathroom. Comfortable bed. Few towels, coffee machine, some tea and coffee, hairdryer. Cleaning every day. Great location. I could leave my luggage after check in because of late flight.

The air conditioning works. Hot and cold water in the toilet is ok too! :)) Great for solo travelers because the space is tight.

i absolutely loved my stay at 'Casa di Stefano'. The instructions on how to get to the property were clear, and I received them 5-6 hrs prior my arrival. I was arriving at 11 pm, but thanks to place's proximity to Roma Termini and self check-in procedure - I had no issues related to that whatsoever. Most of the famous tourist attractions are 30 min away by foot - i did not even spend money on metro card this time. the room had all the necessities you may need in 2-3 days - TV, AC, mini fridge, kettle (+tea), coffee machine (+capsules), cork screw, hair dryer, properly functioning radiator (with possibility to adjust the heat level), safe, floor-length mirror + 2 smaller mirrors. the windows were facing the yard, so there was no street noise at all. the bed was extremely comfortable - I had an even better sleep than I do at home. The shower also had a decent water flow, shower gel and shampoo in abundance. The property manager is a very nice person, the cleaning was intended to be done every day, together with toiletry and coffee-tea bar refill, but i asked not to do it on day 1 since i did not even have time to make a mess yet :) I also had an issue with not working AC remote - which I told to the property manager and 15 minutes later he came back with the new batteries for the remote. Everything was clean and all the appliances in the room were working properly.

The location was perfect, easy to walk to from Roma Termini and also close enough to walk to the Colosseum and other attractions, food, etc. WiFi worked great, I was able to work when I needed to and the room was extremely clean and had an expresso maker :)
