The location was great, right down the street 10 minutes from the main train station, Termini. The metros were beside it as well. Turn down at gregorys shop. The staff were excellent and were very friendly and very helpful with places to go, Martina was great. Michala in the breakfast room was absolutely fantastic, such a lovely welcome in the morning. He made you any kind of coffee you wanted. It was continental breakfast, crossaints, fruit , hams, and many other things. This was €10 each. The room was spacious and clean. There was a great wee restaurant opposite, had the most beautiful food and staff , called Bablos. Loads of great wee shops close by with lots of necessary bits. 👌

Very nice hotel! Everything is near and very friendly staff. They also give us room upgrade for nothing. We had very beautiful view. They cleaned room every day. Im super happy. Thank you a lot!

The hotel is located near Termini station that facilitates traveling but the place is quiet. Some landmarks are located in walking distance and could be reached easily. The personal is very kind and friendly. The breakfast is in italian style and there is a good coffee and variety of healthy sandwiches and delicious desserts.

Location was good next to Termini station. Staff was very helpful. Room was nice and clean, location was very calm, didn't hear much noise in hotel itself as well. Definitely would recommend.

The property was 8 mins away from the train terminal and that was the best part incase one needs to use the train services around.

Spacious, comfortable rooms in Rome near the train station, and well connected to many areas. The staff were incredibly friendly - especially the two ladies at front desk (sorry, we didn’t get your names!) and Michele at the breakfast service. Would definitely say here again!
