Exceptional accommodation, customer service, cleanliness, breakfast and value for money. They even gave a little packed lunch of home baked cookies and a complimentary drink. It’s also easy to get to the main sites of Rome via the Metro A line. Will certainly recommend.

I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, although small, was very comfortable and most importantly clean. I booked it last minute, and upon my arrival, the room was ready in 10 min while I waited in a nice lobby area and offered coffee. After checking out, they kept my baggage without extra fees and picked them up in the evening. I definitely recommend it :)

Hospitality and kindness at a high level. Improved details (welcome drink, small presents in room) compared to the previous year. Excellent breakfast. Good conection with airport - only 25 min to Fiumicino by bus near the hotel.
