Good location，just less about 10 minutes you can reach the hotel，the owner will add your WhatsApp to indicate you how to get in the building till your room in advance 。the room is cleaned and comfortable ，the breakfast was basical including croissant and coffee，we reached too late since found the return point of rental car at Termini，but owner had always been waiting for us for checked in ，thanks a lot，and there were some bars and restaurants and subway stations nearby 5 mins away walking distance ，we stayed four nights ，the room which towards inside is much quieter than other faces to street，highly recommend ！

The breakfast lady was delightful (although the breakfast was quite ordinary & not worth paying extra for) the manager helped when we whinged that the room was hot.

Breakfast lady was lovely and extremely helpful with buses and trains. Need more info re access to apartments. We were not informed you needed to ring a bell. Stood outside for 30mins.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with ensuite, good location, handy to Termini and walking distance to Collosseum and other major attractions.

Great location very close to Roma Termini, well serviced by buses and had Cavour + Vittorio Emmanuel within 10min walk for metro. Santa Maria Maggiore is just 5min walk away, and Trevi / Pantheon within walking distance too (can pass by Trevi picking up Roma Pass from Via Marco Minghetti, which is quite nice). Room interior decor is neat and the breakfast croissant was consistently delicious

From the moment we arrived the owner was super nice and attentive. The location is incredible being so close to Roma termini but also, close to a lot of the main atractions. which meant we truly walked everywhere! The italian breakfast that they included was delicious! And the staff was always antentive and trying to give recomentations.
