Central location, great bakery for breakfast just around the corner, few minutes to metro station but also walkable everywhere if you have good shoes! We got an early check in, the room was comfortable, with balcony and the view of the city. It was November so we were glad that the heating was working as it was getting cold at night. Overall very good experience and would recommend! Good value for money.

The place was clean and nice. One of the best things is that the receptionist will let you leave your luggages in the apartment before check in and after check out (but only until 14.00). The receptionist was very polite and knew english very well so it wasn’t difficult to communicate and ask questions. The location is very convenient - 12 min to Coliseum, bus stops are very close, as well as Rome Termini station.

My daughters had such a lovely stay here. They loved their room and said the highlight was having a small balcony. The guest house is in a great area and they enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood. Safe, comfortable, clean and good service - definitely recommend!

Property was clean and easy to check in, basic amenities and fridge were provided. Toilet was clean and cleaners will come in every couple days to tidy the room.

We had a lovely stay here while in Rome! The rooms were very spacious, great air conditioning and the shower was also nice and powerful! The host was very accommodating and helpful, allowing for a late check in past midnight when our flight was delayed! Would definitely recommend staying here as it is only a short 10-15 minute walk to the colosseum, and similar to the main train station
