Great location, beautiful view from the room, and a friendly girl checked us in and provided all the information. The room is clean, spacious, and has high ceilings.

The location is very good, we could easily walk to the city center. The room was simple, spacious and clean. Our host Giulia was exceptionally kind and helpful, she provided all the information we needed regarding transportation, nearest restaurants and coffee places etc. Very good option for a pleasant short stay in Rome.

Host was super helpful via WhatsApp. Included breakfast was helping yourself to generous supply of items, at any time of day, but the fresh items ran out quickly. Room lovely and comfortable.

Eric and Julia were excellent host! Location is perfect, close to public transport and restaurants around. Super clean room and well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Free breakfast is great! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

First of all, cleanliness is perfect! The room is very nice designed, there are some little things that are always important when you stay somewhere like: the fridge worked perfectly, which is very important since temperature in Rome is super high. Water pressure at the faucet and shower was excellent. Wifi worked perfect! There is a large fan on the ceiling which is super cool thing in the summer time! The part of the city where room is located is also excellent, it is about 10min walk from Spanish steps but there are no crowds and tourists like in the city center, there are excellent restaurants, bakeries, gelateria... in this part of the town! We liked it a lot! The young lady who was our hostess is super friendly and helpful!
