Pros : - 10/10 for cleaniness, each day the room was clean and the bed was made + fresh towels - comfortable bed - very good location, steps away from the colosseum - perfect for a short stay, equipped with everything you need. Cons : - thin walls : i could hear everything ( the tv, the blowdryer, the conversations) that was happening in the nearby rooms. - the window was facing the boulevard, so very noisy and when the tram went by you could definitively feel it and hear it - small rooms

Fantastic location and host, Federico was accommodating and knowledgeable. The room and bathroom were spacious with all the amenities needed for a short city break; fridge, TV, kettle and air-con.

Our experience at Black Room Colosseum was truly amazing. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Colosseum, making it ideal for anyone wanting to explore the historical beauty of Rome. The room was exceptionally clean, with a modern and elegant design that created a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the stylish decor to the cozy bed and the peaceful ambiance at night. A special thank you to Frederikco our wonderful host—he was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available to assist us with anything we needed. His local tips on restaurants and places to visit made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to him, we truly felt at home from the very first moment. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and unique experience in Rome. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Everything about the room, very accessible to all tourist attractions just a walking distance. The room is clean and comfy. It's also warm plus there is an Aircon and mini fridge. Thank you for accommodating us early and letting us leave our luggage even after check out. Well recommended to everyone visiting Rome worth the money.

The room was in a good location for the Colosseo, the room was spotlessly clean and the towels were very soft and fluffy, this is a good room at that price point

No breakfast available, but able to make tea & coffee & there's a fridge in the room. The location is very near the Colosseum. There's a handy little shop next door & a supermarket just down the road. It's near cafes & restaurants. The bus stop is also just down the road.
