Clean and comfortable. Close to Termini train station. Extremely friendly personnel with great tips about restaurants and cafés nearby.

Location is very good. Just 5 min walk from Termini. Good bed so I could sleep well. Shared kitchen/living room gives you a possibility to meet other travellers.

Great location, the bed was comfortable, the building is very charming - with a lovely garden. The owner is super kind, provided good recommendations for places to eat nearby.

Very close to Rome Termini station and other bus routes. The owner was very accommodating with allowing us to store our luggage for a late departure. The common room is very cozy and equipped for eating light meals. Our room was on the front street but quiet and the bed was comfortable.

A nice safe and clean guesthouse. The staff were friendly and helpful. It had an immaculately clean kitchen with great facilities. The room was excellent. It was well located to the central railway station and there are lots of cafes around. Can walk to the major attractions.

Very central as we caught lots of trains and it was only 2 streets away from termini. We loved the kitchen facilities and the balcony in the shared kitchen.

Once inside the doors the property is lovely, including an internal garden. Lift to apartment was a bonus as it’s on the second floor. Loved sitting on the Juliet balcony with a coffee or beer watching the street below. Location was good, at the quiet end of the street a short walk to everything including Roma Termini. Room was clean and spacious. We loved the shared kitchen/lounge area, great for chatting with other travellers. There are only 4 rooms so not overcrowded. Giacomo was very helpful with recommendations on restaurants and bars as well as marking it all out on a map, so useful! Thanks for a fabulous stay in Rome.

Very clean, well set up amenities and comfortable. Hostess Romina was very accommodating and pointed out the best gelato and best pastry shops in Rome! Great location within minutes or Rome Termini station. Many bars and restaurants close by

The host was super nice, awesome location, just 4 minutes walking from the train station rome termini. The house is really beautiful, everything spotless clean and the kitchen is really useful.
