Excellent location, very kind staff, silent room, comfortable bed. We initially got a room with the window not closing well, that resulted in a light noise and it was not possible to switch on the a/c, the staff kindly assigned us another beautiful silent room with everything working well. Highly recommended!

Next to Termini station, 30 minutes walk from the city centre, great, helpful, friendly staff, great breakfast (gluten free), crispy clean sheets and towels, well equipped bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows which had a duvet cover and it was great (I hate the sheet thing that they usually do in Italian hotels and you tangle yourself in it at the end of the night).

Room size with a balcony, breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Everything was clean and the hotel is right in front of the Termini train station.

Modern hotel. Relatively large bedroom with a really comfortable king bed. Loved the funky accent lighting. Good powerful shower and big bath towels. Great location for train station. Check in very good.

Location is great! walking distance to and from Roma Termini without too many obstacle, range of cafes/ restaurant nearby. Had their breakfast on the last day, amazing spread, tasty savoury food. Unfortunately the sweets are way too sweet for me to have for breakfast. The chocolates at the reception was a nice touch, my mom loved them. Zaini was a good choice.

location was superb- easy to locate on arrival. Near Hop on & Hop off office and starting point able to take airport bus across the street easily, very regular-a surprise find Will come back again definitely.
