Advantages: 1. It's very close to the subway station, with a walking time of less than 1 minute after exiting the subway. Check-in and check-out are very convenient, and there's no need to meet the landlord in person. 2. The subway station is the closest one to Vatican City, Ottaviano on Line A. 3. Basic amenities are all provided: toilet, shower, air conditioning, etc. 4. Very clean. 5. There isn't much noise in the surroundings at night; it's very quiet. 6. There's a doorman in the building, making it very safe. 7. I heard there's a place to rent bicycles, although I didn't rent one. 8. The landlord is very friendly.

There was no staff nor reception at the property. The check-in details were not sent prior to the check-in date. It could have been better if they have emailed the instructions such as the lockbox code and where to get the key etc. Overall, a great place to stay. Location is great, the room, towels and linens are clean.
