Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Help yourself breakfast was amazing Manuela was so helpful via What’s app Location was great near bus stops and a short walk to the underground

It was such a great help to me to have breakfast provided, especially given my short stay. Manuela also organised my very early taxi ride to the train station for the next morning. It made such a difference for me!

Great localization, quiet neighborhood, very friendly host who were answering me all questions despite the hour. :) The place had everything to feel comfortable including good air-conditioning, which is a must in a July-august period.

Location is 15 min walk from Piazza Bologna. The facilities are good for a single traveler. Might be ok for couples who don't plan to stay long in the room. It's good for sleeping or resting during travel, but not to hang around. Relatively clean. Bathroom was very nice. Bidet is a huge plus. Good shower. I appreciated the self check-in. The breakfast was also self-service and looked nice (I eat out on vacations to try different food). There was a nice balcony in my room and a patio on on the common area. The neighborhood was quiet. Manuela was gentilissima during our chats.

The breakfast was amazing, the room as clean and the service was amazing. Manuela was an amazing host, she was friendly and explained us our way in rome.

Host was very nice, self check-in was easy. When the blind is down the room is completely dark, which was a huge plus for me

The room and accommodation were clean, the staff was very friendly and nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. Near the accommodation there is a shop, public transport.
