The location is perfect just 5 min away from the Termini train station. It was not easy to find the place as there was no any particular signs but the owner of the hotel next door help me. There is an elevator so you don’t meet to carry your suitcases up to the 4th floor. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, answered all the questions before the trip and was in touch during the whole stay. The neighbourhood was noisy but the windows are noise proof so it was no noise coming from outside

The property is very clean and simple. Very close to termini station (5 mins or less) and the rest of the tourist sightings as well. The owner was very nice, helpful and flexible.

My friends and I recently stayed at B&B Rome With Love for four nights, and I can confidently say that Roberto, the host, was one of the most accommodating people we’ve ever encountered in our travels. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we all felt at home. His warm welcome set the tone for our stay, and he remained incredibly attentive throughout, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was as comfortable as possible. Roberto’s communication was fantastic—he regularly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly and was always available if we needed anything. He provided us with invaluable recommendations on the best places to visit in Rome, helping us make the most of our time there. Whether it was advice on must-see attractions, hidden gems, or great local restaurants, his tips were spot on and added so much to our experience. One particularly thoughtful gesture stood out during our stay. Roberto noticed that I had been using an extra blanket as a makeshift pillow, and without me even asking, he kindly brought me a proper extra pillow, which I really appreciated. It’s the small, thoughtful touches like this that set him apart as an exceptional host. On our last day, Roberto’s hospitality continued. Since our flight back to London wasn’t until later in the day, he allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, which gave us the freedom to enjoy a few more hours in Rome without the hassle of carrying our bags around. This made our final day in the city so much more enjoyable and stress-free. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The location of the B&B was ideal—it was close to many key attractions, yet still provided a quiet and peaceful retreat after a busy day in Rome. For the price, the stay was exceptional value for money. The fantastic service we received, the comfortable stay, and the perfect location, we really couldn’t have asked for more.

The owners were lovely very welcoming. It’s very close to the train station which is what we wanted at an affordable price. The room was immaculate and bathroom was clean. Really appreciated the free bottle of water especially given the heat. Aircon worked well too.

Very cozy, had a lift, very friendly host and 5 min walk to railway station. 20 min walk to most attractions. Bus to airport also leaves from train station.

This is a magnificent cozy house with a wonderful location and the necessary amenities..Alberto greeted us very warmly and helped us with some questions. it was very clean, they cleaned and changed linen every day. Thank you very much Albeto.
