Right next to the bus station so in 20 minutes you can get anywhere in the center. Safe location, friendly host. Only two apartments that share the same corridor, and the private toilet with access from the corridor works great.

The apartment has everything you need to stay in Rome. The location is great; there is a nice cafe and supermarket, close to the Vatican. To move around, you can take buses; there is no need to take the metro. The owner was very helpful, polite, and nice, and waited for us because we arrived later than expected. Also, there is a kitchen you can use, which was very helpful for breakfasts :)

We had delayed flight and arrived very late to the room but Emanuele waited for us which was really appreciated. The neighborhood is nice.

Very comfortable beds, great location for visiting all main monuments by foot. Super service from Emanuelle (buses, monuments, maps, tips for restaurants) - very nice and helpful. Tkank you very much.
