What can I say... Annamaria, the lady of the house, is just spectacular. In the middle of busy, crazy Rome you will find this jewel, filled with antiques and so much personality, and will remain ingrained in your memory for a lifetime. We knew from the moment we walked in and met Luci(fur) the Yorkie (I may have changed her name) we were in for something different. Annamaria is attentive, kind, considerate and really quite marvellous to watch, I don't think there is anything she wouldn't have tried to do to make our stay more accomodating. The whole house was spotlessly clean, and our room was cleaned every single day, which we weren't expecting. We were in throwing distance from Cavour metro, walking distance to the Colosseum, lovely bars and restaurants all around. Breakfast was lovely, with toast, cheese, ham, jam, fruits, coffee and etc etc etc, and little Luci (less than 4kg when soaking wet!) circling the table like a piranha waiting for some ham to fall.

The location of the hotel is in the city center and very close to top attractions and good restaurants. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Very nice host, let us into our room early. Location in Monti spot on. Metro 3min walk. Fantastic bars and restaurants. Central.

Great location but having no air conditioner made it very difficult to stay at over summer. We were considering booking elsewhere because of the heat. Also not the easiest place to find after travelling all day.

We loved the big spacious clean room. Lovely common breakfast area. Hostess offered a nice spread for breakfast. Good location between train station and main tourist areas. Located in a lovely street with good restaurants downstairs. Located on the 2nd floor that could be a challenge with heavy luggage. We loved our stay.

Fantastic location, welcoming host and delicious breakfast included. We especially loved the resident Yorkie who enjoys belly rubs in the morning. Would absolutely recommend to friends.

A cosy place in the centre of Rome, close to Coloseum, restaurants, bars etc. A very nice room, Italian breakfast, kind host.
