We had an issue with our booking ....my mistake.....and the friendly and very efficient manager and his assistant went out of their way to sort the issue.....which they did. Fantastic....setting our minds at ease.....the rooms were comfortable with all that you would expect from a 3 star hotel with a great breakfast and room cleaned every day .....couldn't ask for any more......its pretty centrally located and reasonably priced with some great restuarants behind. You can walk to the pantheon and jewish ghetto, the Tiber etc and bus/train connections to Roma termini etc.very good....all in all a very good experience....

Nice location close to city center. Small but convenient room, outstanding breakfast and very friendly personnel trying their best in case of questions. Strongly recommended!
