Beautiful building. Lovely big room with great shower and bathroom facilities. Fantastic breakfast everyday to set us up for a very busy day walking. Lovely welcome on arrival and departure. Will definitely book again. Location excellent too always get out to the sights with ease and find good local restaurants to sit outside and have dinner

Location was great, easy to walk to the Coliseum and The Vatican City. The Metro station was also nearby, ideal for attractions further away. The breakfast of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, croissants and pastries, catered for most people, and having a fridge in the room meant you could add to it with items from the supermarket if needed.

Very good location. You have all the shops, restaurants and public transport in a walking distance. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Owner was very nice and helpful, she gave lots of advice where to go and what to see.

The breakfast was in a nice and small room outside our bedroom, and they had bread, cheese, ham, fruit, coffee, tea, snacks and a little bit of everything. Nice and simple. The hostess(es) were really nice and friendly and just wonderful. You have to walk up a couple of stories (I think it was 4 or 5), so just beware of that. Really happy and pleased with our stay here, and the location is perfect!
