The location was perfect, just a few meters to the Spanish steps, situated on one of the luxury streets with boutiques this property provides quiet rooms with high quality linen and cosmetics, with very comfy pillows ( pillow menu) and mattress, delicious breakfast and friendly stuff. There are two nice restaurants belonging to the same group of hotels on the nearby streets offering tasty Roman food and a variety of vines.

Babuino 181 is located at the buzzing heart of Rome very close to most of the city's historical landmarks. It is ideal for those visiting for history and art as well as to find contemporary Roman living. The room is spacious, bright and airy. Although it is directly over the main street, the windows are well insulated shielding you from the bustle of the outside world. Breakfast is good and abundant. Finally, I have no words to describe the warmth and friendliness of the staff who are willing to help.

Warm & cozy with everything u need … excellent service and perfection location . Especially love their rooftop terrace where they serve breakfast in buffet style , an awesome place for aperitivo and dinner as well. Hidden gem in the city centre of Rome

Quiet little hotel in a great location near to all the sights, shopping and restaurants. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was luxurious. There were some nice complimentary treats on our arrival, including a bottle of wine, and it was great to have a balcony to sit on - though the view is just of the building opposite. The roof terrace is great and a nice place to sit and have breakfast, which was varied and plentiful.

Perfect location.. close to Spanish steps, piaazza Popolo, restaurants and shopping. Most tourist signts within walking area. And very helpful receptionists.
