The breakfast was great and they treated me with nice bakeries, coffee, orange juice and fruits. The terrace is such a cool place to make a nice breakfast. The staff was very helpful and give all the necessary information to me. I feel secure in the house and in the neighborhood.

This guest house is situated in a first floor apartment that has been converted to multiple en suite bedrooms. It has an inner courtyard where breakfast is served and you can sit and relax. The courtyard is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Wifi is a little temperamental. Our room looked over the street and felt very traditional. Every morning when I opened the shutters I felt an urge to sing ‘ O sole mio’. Which my husband kindly asked me not to. There is a lift from the landing but it is an unusually quaint old fashioned cage style lift with not much room. The bathroom is large with a shower. Why the Narnia comment you ask. Well our room was situated behind the 1st floor lobby and was originally accessed by a large door there. This was not in use and the wardrobe in our room blocked it. To access our room we had to go through a door which could be mistaken for a wardrobe if you didn’t know. It then opened into a spacious high ceiling room like a secret world. The bed was comfortable but it had a memory foam topping which is a pet hate of mine. Although I didn’t notice any obvious issue with mattress I did keep finding myself roll to the centre. Perhaps I’m just used to an expensive one. The location is good and accessible to all areas of Rome, whether you want to walk or use public transport. There are several restaurants nearby including Andrea’s which is a nice place to relax after a full day walking round the sights of Rome. Livia and Marco were very helpful with plenty of advice on where to go.

It was very comfortable and quiet. It wasn’t far from the rail stations Rebublica and Termini. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions to Rome’s main tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to start the day.

Amazing, delicious breakfast on the beautiful terrace. High ceilings and table area with chairs made room really comfortable and spacious. Good for families with one child. Great location and we loved Trattoria Andrea which seems like the most authentic Roman food in the area. Marco was a very kind host, waiting for us til nearly midnight after our long and delayed travels from Bari.

I was staying at the Guesthouse for 7 nights and quite frankly it felt very homely. Livia and Marco are both great host. Every morning they prepared the breakfast and both of them are very friendly and kind. The guest house comes with a beautiful terrace and if the weather is good, you can have the breakfast there. One of the big advantage was that it was very quiet during the night so I could sleep even with the windows open. Overall I highly recommend this place if you’re planning on travelling to Rome

The place is beautiful and cosy and Marco is the most welcoming host. The terrace is beautiful and you can feel really comfortable while relaxing from the buzzing noise of the city. The Bed is comfortable and big enough for two adults and a minor. The location is good, cause it’s just a short walk to the train station and you can walk like 20 minutes to trevi or 20 minutes to villa borgehsi, but with temperatures around 35 degrees I wouldn’t consider the location ideal to get around with a child. Besides that it’s a wonderful place in a good location. Breakfast is great as well !

Good value for money. Close to main train station. Nice restaurants on the road. Not too far from main sights. Generous breakfast given, sweet and savory, but quite calorific with little protein to be found.
