Chiara was very attentive - she made sure we were settled-in properly and on a daily basis contacted us to check if everything was OK and checked when it was convenient to clean the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The owner was incredibly welcoming and provided all the information I needed, ensuring smooth and clear communication throughout my stay. The location is fantastic, with a charming pasticceria just around the corner and a market only 5 minutes away. Plus, the subway is conveniently located right across the street. The place itself was spotless and very quiet, making it a perfect retreat. Highly recommended!

Everything was great - a friendly and helpful host, spacious room, generous breakfast with variety of options (cheese, ham, yogurt, fruit, toasts, snacks, cake, tea/coffee), dining table allocated to each room + a kettle and a coffee machine in a room. Bathroom was private, hairdryer provided. Great location, 2 min walk from the underground station. Thank you for having us, the place only improved our experience in Rome.

A great B&B close to the Vatican in a quiet neighbourhood . About 3 minutes walk to the Cipro metro A station. Good choice for breakfast. A kettle in the rooms. Very good communication with the host, flexible check-in times.

Very close to the metro station. Nice surroundings, good restautants around, close to Vatican. The host is super helpful. The building where the hotel rooms are in is also nice and clean.There is a balcony with our room, which is very nice to sit.

The property is located about a 25 minute walk from one of the entrances to the Vatican. We weren't in town for sight-seeing, so it wasn't important for us to be in the city center near the main sites. But there is a metro station nearby to access the touristy areas if desired. Honestly, it was a relief to be in an authentic Roman neighborhood and not have to battle hordes of tourists for a cafe or restaurant. Lots of great dining options around. Also prices were normal for Rome and not inflated like at the main sites. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offerings are very generous, we were honestly surprised by how nice the property was. Host had fantastic communication from beginning to end!
