Ideal location - very convenient for public transport links, the opera house and walking distance to the main sights. Nice quiet area with good local restaurants. Not a hotel as such, more of a flat with a set of en suite bedrooms off a corridor. Very friendly and helpful owner.

The location was amazing it was close to city center and it was close to a subway station and bus station. It was really pleasent to have everything you need so close to you. The staff helped us with everything we needed and the host Paolo offered us helpfull tips of how to get to Vatican. We thank him and his staff for our first trip in Rome a trip that was amazing because of this location.

Big room in a great location. I was slightly confused about accessing our room asI thought it was going to be a hotel. However, access was very easy as Paolo was very accessible by phone.

Very clean room in a great location. Within walking distance to most main attractions. Very quiet at night with really. Comfy bed. Staff really nice and helpful. Would definetly recommend

Prime location, easy to walk to places including the train station. Lots of restaurant options around abs right opposite to the Opera house ! Secured with multiple code locked doors. And a very ancient style lift that adds to the charm of the place. The flat is always clean and well maintained by the staff. The host is very warm and helpful.
