A perfect location, clean, cosy. Anna Maria was so nice and helpful, gave a lot of recommendations, let us check-out later and leaving the bags in the place was perfect.

The location is good. Close to several attractions and good restaurants. Close to Coliseu metro station.There is a coffee machine and you can make tea. The owner is attentive and friendly.

The host was very welcoming and gave us a lot of information of where to eat and all the main tourist attractions. There was also coffee and snacks for us at the accommodation. I would recommend anyone who wants a friendly and accommodating host to stay here.

Amazing location, very close to the colosseum and some excellent restaurants and support shops. Some restaurants provided discounts for people that stay and Anne&Marys. Annamarie was so helpful

Very central location right by forum & 5 mins to colosseum. Bed was the best I’ve ever slept in. Host was very friendly & helpful Accommodation was spotlessly clean Plenty of storage space in our room

Located very close to Colosseum which makes it a comfortable place to stay. Mrs. Anna Maria is very kind and responsive. She provided us with a lot of information on our stay in the 1st day.

The location was its biggest asset for staying in Central Rome, however the room was a tad on the small size, especially the bathroom, and we thought that breakfast eas provided
