Our stay at the apartment was fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean, there is daily service that keeps everything fresh and comfortable. Rosy was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to make our stay smooth— she took the time to explain how to get to the city center and recommended some great places. It felt like having a local guide with us.

I was satisfied with my staying here. I had late checkin at night with no problem. The room was smaller but comfortable. Everything was clean. The owner is realy kind, she doesn't use to be there always personaly, but is always on the phone and willing to help (also by WhatsApp with fast answering). I recomend to get here by metro (in the day ), It is much more comfortable than tram, it is aproximately the same travel time ( with 1 change at San Giovanni), about 10-15 minutes walking from apartment.The tram from Termini is really slow and use to be full of people.

Very comfortable room with a great air conditioner, that I appreciated a lot during hot days. Everything was clean and cozy. The kitchenette is even better than I expected. You can easily prepare there some simple dishes. It was calm. The landlord is very friendly ant communicable.

Rosy is a very nice host, she explained all the necessary details and advised where to eat well. Both the room and the bathroom were nice, clean and spacious. The common areas (kitchen) were well equipped and clean.

This place is vey clean and cosy. The hotel is placed not far from the city center, there are tram and bus stops just in 2 minutes from the hotel and a perfect connection to get to any point of the city which can be interesting for tourists. We arrived to Ciampino airport, and it was very easy to get to the hotel using 2 busses in less than an hour. Rosy, the owner of the hotel, is the heart and soul of Anice Affittacamere. She gave us plenty of recommendations for exploring the city including places to eat as well as must-see-places, she explained all the logistics to get around the city and presented us a bottle of perfect local wine on my birthday. I highly recommend this place.
