Location near Termini station. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen available, bottled water for the night and a nice, chaty owner

the owner very helpful, and the room was cleaned daily, the kitchen contains the main needed facilities and services. it is closed to the main stations.

Very clean, great location, nice space, great check in with video how to enter, water and juice every day, coffe and sweets.

The staff was very kind, we got drink, water and some cookies every day.:) The train and bus station (Termini) was ~10 mins walk from the accommodation (you can reach the airport from Termini by bus-45-50mins). You can find restaurants, bus stations, shops nearby. 30 mins walk from Colosseum.
