The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. It was very clean, the bed and pillow were comfortable, linens were professionally washed, clean. The bed was small, but good for my statue. Location was good, near the Tiburtina metro and train stations. I was using metro to commute.

The room was very clean and the decor was modern. My room had a very clean and modern ensuite bathroom. There was also coffee, tea, cakes, and continental breakfast provided in common area. The staff was efficient and helpful. The property is couple of mins walk from the main bus/coach station. Although the property is a decent bus journey away from main Rome centre attractions. Bus to get into Rome centre is 5-8 min walk.

It was exactly what I was looking for: a clean room with air conditioning, close to the train station, making it easy to get around and reach the airport. It is far from the main attractions, but I wanted to be away from the main touristy area, so for me, it was perfect. The staff was super nice and helped me with my bags. The room was clean, and I felt very safe there. The breakfast provided is an Italian breakfast (mainly sweet) and is available at all times—just help yourself. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay, hosts were super friendly and exceeded expectiations, superb cleanliness. The place was a true Rome experience in an apartment building, partially used as hotel.
