We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Rome and thank you to Valerio :) Location of B&B is perfect, convenient to travel to anywhere you need in Rome. Room is clean and cozy. Fantastic breakfast. We could not ask for a better host than Valerio, very helpful and kind person. It is a place worth coming back to. We recommend !

Wonderful! We spent four nights here and were extremely satisfied with everything. The location is excellent (just a 3-minute walk from the train station and very close to many other tourist attractions), the room and bathroom were clean, and the breakfast was good. The host was amazing—Valerio helped us with all the necessary information. I will definitely return here next time!

The location worked out really well for us, just couple of minutes walk away from the Termini train station but still within walking distance from the main attractions. The room was very neat and of a good size, we especially enjoyed the balcony and view from it. Because of Covid there was a packed breakfast in the room instead of usual breakfast service. The package had a great variety of different items and was excellent. We definitely recommend this place!

Our apartment was a little gem! Very clean & comfotable bed. The balcony was a bonus over looking a quiet street which was surprising considering the close location to the train station. Vallerio was a great host with excellant communications. His advice on local restaurants was very much appreciate!

Excellent information before the visit and personal contact to give the relevant information required before arrival. A short distance from the central rail station and walking distance to the major tourist sites and the nearby Metro to get to the Vatican area. Lovely room and facilities and being provided with all the food and extras was superb.

We loved our stay in this well located apartment with a balcony, lift and close to the station and metro. Our host Valerio was amazing, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect including accommodating our need for a gluten-free breakfast. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
