Really great location, close to the main station with easy access across the city and beyond. Good grocery store just across the street. Good amenities in room and very clean. Very kind and helpful hosts.

Location by Termini minimised unnecessary travel time. Everything you could want thoughtfully provided for a weary traveller! Excellent responsive communication. Able to leave luggage on check out to allow hassle free sightseeing.

Comfortable clean bed and pillows. Location was excellent. Complimentary snacks and drinks. Whilst the shower is small the water pressure and temperature were fantastic.

Great communication from host on how to check in. Room was clean and serviced well. Loved the complimentary extras! was just what we needed after travelling. Property was a short walk from a main train/bus station. There were many cafe’s within walking distance.

It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our short stay. Lovely and quiet and right near Roma Termini. Electronic locks all worked for a simple check in at 1 am after our flight was delayed 8 hours.

The location is super convenient and the rooms are clean. I didn’t except the rooms would be cleaned everyday as guest house, but the house keeping girl did very good job everyday. The host is also very nice and thoughtful. In the nice kitchen there are microwave, plates, cutlery, coffee machine, almost everything you will use except cooking. Thank you so much for giving our family a good start of our Europe trip.
