“It was a pleasant stay at the Motel itself. Only issue the location for non-drivers.”

The Motel room was cosy. The heating was perfect for me. The reception staff were approachable. The housekeeping staff, Vissi and his wife, were lovely and friendly people. The microwave and fridge worked without any issues, When booking in, reception staff should inform guests that there is an elevator. We found out through friends who were also staying there.

Great price. Clean. Staff contacted after checking to ensure that the room I was in was what I was expecting and if there was anything else they could provide. This is unique and very welcoming. That is a bonus. A follow up check on guest, show concern for the customer which is a top level rate for staff and policy.

It was really easy to find, the staff was kind and accommodating. The price was great for the length of our stay and fairly close to downtown Chicago.
