Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the entire hotel including rooms. In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee of €180 will be applied.

The room was well-appointed with all of the amenities that one would need. The location was perfect for my needs as I needed to spend a night in Paris to catch a flight the next day. The fact that the hotel is in the airport allows one to relax and decompress before catching a flight.

Rooms feel old and not up to date with standard. No food in restaurant and/or bar (with only room service available) after 10:30 pm seems strange for an airport hotel…

All the staff are friendly and professional. Always to the attention and care of their clients. The rooms are cleaned and spacious, the bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. The hotel is well located and has noise cancellation. The restaurant is really nice including the staff too.

The Sheraton Charles de Gaulle was extremely convenient, especially since my flight was delayed by 7 hours. The location is perfect, right in the TGV station, making it an easy and hassle-free option for travelers. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was smooth and practical. Would definitely recommend it for anyone needing a comfortable stay near the airport!
