The room was clean but quite old fashioned. It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. It is very well located. Personal was fine

Fatima was so helpful and kind. She contacted me by email to ensure that my access to the property was smooth as I arrived in the middle of the night. I also had to leave early in the morning and even though she was very busy, she stopped what she was doing to help me sort out transportation to the train station. She also offered me a hot drink although it was not breakfast time yet. This was a lovely, clean, central location hotel and I will stay again.

Hotel near to the Cathedral, the old town and the museum. In that area is not easy to find somebody that speaks in english but in this hotel there is Fatima that is very nice, kind and she always try to speak in english and make your life easier. Thank you Fatima!

good location to see the best of the town. very good restaurants.. with lots of choices of menus. Staff at the Hotal werwe exceptionally helpful and friendly

Very well located for my purposes. Though the hotel was not staffed in the evenings, it was easy to get in and out whenever I needed to. The timing of breakfast generally did to fit with my timetable.
