Please note that all payments for accommodation bookings are subject to a $300.00 bond on arrival. For credit card payments a $300.00 pre-authorisation is taken, this pre-authorisation will be released on departure after the guest room is inspected. The funds are released immediately by property after inspection.For cash payments including EFTPOS a $300.00 cash bond is required and this is refunded after the guest room is inspected. The property accepts the following credit cards- Visa and Mastercard.Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This ID or credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.Your key must be returned upon check out, or a penalty fee of $200 will apply.Please note the reception and bar opening hours are as follows:

Bathroom is pretty basic. Bed is comfortable for sleeping. Pool was under renovation and no mention about that on Booking. com. There is a small fridge in the room which is handy. Air-conditioning is old but is working good. Parking spot is in front of the door. Easy 5 minutes walk to the beach. This is called "Hotel Clipper" 3***,but to me the more adequate name would be Motel. It needs some renovation.

i am sure I already reviewed this hotel once, i don't know why you send me reviews twice. I am not travelling as a tourust most of the time, but with a lot of driving, family visits, and poor wifi access on the roads, it is not so easy to keep doing reviews especially when you send them twice. Hotel Clipper was really great, but am sure have already said this once?? .if not, it's just that there are too many reviews to cope with alone on a journey like this

everything,the position to the beach,shops,pubs,restaurants ,supermarket.it was in a great spot away from the hustle and bustle of city life.i felt like i was in QLD.loved it.

Very accommodating staff, close proximity to Rockingham Beach. Accessible parking right out front of room. Basic necessities included.
