The room was a basic room which is what we paid for; however, the fridge did not work properly as it did not keep items cold, and the freezer did not keep anything frozen and was full of ice build-up. The air conditioning was lovely, and the beds were comfortable but either the shower/bath had not been cleaned properly or the mould needed removing around the rims. Overall, it was a nice room, the lady who welcomed us was very lovely and we had the parking to ourselves so, for one night, it was a comfortable place to sleep which allowed us to get cool in Rockhampton's hot, balmy weather.

Being located within walking distance to leagues club. We asked for a downstairs room and were given one.
