The air con was great and the bed was lovely and big. Very spacious room. We loved that the restaurant was just there and had a great menu to choose from. the staff were very friendly and interacted with us. Husband loved the high shower rose and spacious shower - He is over 6 feet and struggles with some motels. Staff also gave me our request of a ground level room. Husband has sore knees and this was much appreciated.

The staff were extremely helpful and lovely. We arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in straight away. This made our plans for the day work out perfectly. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs in the evening and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff were attentive and very professional. The food was sensational.

Overall the stay was nice, outdated room, asked for lower ground room, response was all king rooms, when we arrived we where second car, main reason for staying was due to onsite restaurant, but closed, went next door to Indian very nice. Place is ok depending on personal choice ...Not bad can't fault anything quiet night.

Rang to say we were running late, they said all good, reception would still be open. We were offered dinner, they kept restaurant open till 9:30pm. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great service!

The position was great. Close to good cafes, and resturants,or to take a walk along the river front. A shopping complex is within walking distance.

Staff were awesome. Some of the nicest people out there. The attached restaurant is where we had dinner, and the food was sublime. The room was one of the cleanest we have stayed in and had everything we needed for an overnighter in Rocky for a show, very close to Pilbeam Theatre, and anything we needed was walking distance.
