Simple, basic motel on a main through road just north of CBD. Some decent nearby dining options - eg burgers, Indian. No frills, but clean and friendly. Good smart TV in room, tea and instant coffee and real milk in the fridge. A couple of bikkies too! Bed was comfortable. Clean linen and towels- no funny smells or overpowering cleaning product odours etc
