The host was lovely and welcoming. The property is lovely and clean. The room I stayed in was lovely, nicely decorated and cosy. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean and I loved the fridge with water and milk, as well as the little snacks! The TV and hairdryer were really handy and I felt safe and comfortable.

Amazing all round! A very homely feel, that we felt comfortable and cosy in. But well-presented and classy, from the bath amenities on the beds, to the linen, and the room's facilities.

The room was exactly as it says it felt like home. The room felt spacious and even had a small table and chairs to sit at to eat. Everywhere was extremely clean and the host had paid attention to small details to enhance our stay. These included packets of biscuits and croissants and cheese biscuits. Small jars of tea, coffee and sugar and sachets of cappuccino. There was also a mini fridge containing milk and bottles of water. The welcome book gave us all the information we needed about Rochford including taxi numbers and places to eat. We had a good nights sleep warm and cosy bedding. Jo our host was very welcoming . We would be very happy to return .

My room was very clean and cozy and came with tea, coffee and snacks. Everything was spotless.

Was lovely an clean lady was very welcoming an friendly bed was comfy but I felt very uncomfortable an felt like walking on eggshells because was elderly couple next door and I think the lady still lived down stairs so didn’t really feel like I could be myself in like a hotel room but was a lovely place just not for people in there 20s/30s
